Your Data, Your Control: you have the right to request the deletion of your data from our databases at any time.

This Privacy Policy applies to every natural person whose personal data is processed by BANNTÉ EVENTS through the vendor.bannte.com platform. BANNTÉ EVENTS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national regulations.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

We only request information that is reasonably necessary to review your application and, if approved, to present your profile in our vendor & venue catalogue.

Application Form

  • Contact person details: name, surname, phone number, email address
  • Brand and business information: brand name, category, description, addresses, websites and social media profiles
  • Company legal details: company name, registration number, VAT number, legal address and bank account number (used only for contracting and invoicing if we start cooperation)
  • Files you upload: a title picture and optional documents such as proposals or price lists

Form Progress Saving

To make sure a technical problem or an interrupted session does not lose your application, the form automatically saves your progress on our servers as you type, once you have entered at least one contact detail. If you do not complete the application, we may use the saved contact details to reach out and assist you. You can ask us to delete a partially completed application at any time.

Client Feedback

If you receive a proposal link from us as a client, we store the feedback and comments you leave on that proposal.

3. How Do We Use Your Data?

  • To review your application and decide on including your profile in our catalogue
  • To contact you regarding your application or our cooperation
  • To present your public business profile (name, category, images, contacts you provided for publication) to our clients in curated proposals
  • To fulfil our contractual obligations and process invoices
  • To maintain our internal records and communication history

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where Is Your Data Stored?

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the European Union (Stockholm region, eu-north-1). Uploaded application documents are stored in access-restricted storage available only to authorized BANNTÉ EVENTS team members. Access to the administration system is protected by authentication, and only a small number of authorized team members can view application data.

5. Data Retention

  • Partially completed (unsubmitted) application drafts are automatically deleted after 60 days
  • Submitted applications are stored while we review them and while cooperation is possible or ongoing
  • Accounting documents are stored for the period required by law

6. Cookies

The public pages of this platform do not use marketing or advertising cookies. The administration area uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication of our team members.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

  • Right of Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification: request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Right to be Forgotten: request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed
  • Right to Restrict or Object: oppose the processing of your data under certain conditions
